Pur Form has been crucial on my healing journey
Pur Form has been crucial on my healing journey from long COVID. From the amazing friendly staff at the front desk to the multiple functional medicine treatments they provide, this place is a must if you are just trying to stay healthy or recover from illness. The hyperbaric oxygen therapy really helped reset my body and get oxygen to parts of my body that really needed it. The red light and hydrogen therapy also helped reset and boost my energy levels.I would recommend anyone to try out Pur Form

I come weekly in between 150 days of annual travel to recover.
I come weekly in between 150 days of annual travel to recover. I do cryo, injections, sauna and cold plunge. Its the only thing that helps me turn around in 2 to 3 days in btw trips and always being on an airplane! Lisa and Gabby at the front desk are super friendly, helpful and always accommodate my mid day unplanned walk ins! Several of the other staff members and nurses have often assisted me and even became friends ans train with my wife at Pilates! Would recommend to anyone of any age for maintenance or recovery of all kinds.

I will keep going there
I want to share my experience with Dr. Purita's Pur-Form alternative medicine facility. I have been going to Dr. Purita for stem cells since 2015. He has helped me tremendously in healing a torn meniscus, where I did not need surgery and a shoulder injury.I did not hesitate to join his facility Pur-form when it opened a few years ago. The people who work there are knowledgeable, friendly and more than helpful. Just this week, I went in with an ailment and two techs, Nina and Lisa were more than gracious and helped me through my ordeal. They were prompt, courteous and for young women really knew how to handle anything in the office and with all the equipment that is used with-in his facility.I am so grateful for young women like this and for Dr. Purita to build a facility lwith so many new innovations for ourhealth and longevity. I will keep going there to be supported by Dr. Purita and his staff.Thank you

Pur-Form is absolutely great. It’s super beneficial for anyone. Everyone here does a great job of taking care of you. As far as the facility itself it’s great, they got all kinds of things including cryotherapy, red light therapy, sauna, cold plunge, and more. Pur-Form is great for good health and makes you feel almost brand new. Huge thanks to the employees at Pur-Form including Lisa, Fernanda, Daniella, who helped me out, everyone at Pur-Form is great and will look to help you become better.

Highly, highly recommended
was very skeptical about cryotherapy at first, but my friend convinced me to try it. I’ll admit—I was nervous. But from the moment I walked into the lobby, the staff made me feel completely comfortable. Check-in was easy, and Lisa took excellent care of both my friend and me. She explained everything clearly and stayed with us throughout the entire treatment. She told me I’d get the best sleep of my life…I sure did! Let’s say, I’m no longer a skeptic.!

It was my first time at Pur-form and it was amazing. All the staff are super friendly, everyone is warm and welcoming and I plan on going back for another treatment. There iv drips were easy and painless, the sauna was relaxing and just an overall great experience.

Went here because they were one of the only places that offered iron infusions. From the coordinator on the phone to all of the nurses at the business were overwhelmingly nice and made me feel comfortable from the get-go. This place is very professional. I highly recommend if you are looking to get Any IVs or any of the services they offer. Very clean calm space!

The whole staff is exceptional
The whole staff is exceptional … Tatiana and Ally walked me through the whole facility provided me my weekly shots and fully explained my membership. Had 3 treatments today thanks to their help. Can’t wait to come back next week. All the staff is friendly and extremely attentive every time I visit

Treatment, facilities, and team members were impeccable. My wife and I had our first immune treatments and NAD shots we were in and out within an hour. Everything runs efficiently and smoothly and the staff is absolutely wonderful! We will both be back indefinitely!

Katie takes care of me every week during my injections / IV therapy. She is patient and kind. This entire facility is top notch and given the fact that there's an IV therapy on every corner in Boca it's nice to find a place that truly invests in the treatment and education. I feel blessed that I get to take care of my health while being taken care of by such an excellent team.

I have been going to Pur-Form for a couple of months now, and my experiences have been fantastic. The facility is beautiful and very clean.The entire staff is always so welcoming and helpful. The therapies are carefully curated and extremely effective. Hailey is an excellent and caring nurse, and has an upbeat, positive attitude. Her knowledge and skills are astounding. She is extremely patient with all my questions, and answers them.with a smile. This is why I always request Hailey if she is available. Just recently, Katie was my nurse. She too is very good and knowledgeable, all with a positive attitude.

Incredible and professional. Fernanda is an absolute angel and I feel blessed to have had her as my EBOO2 provider each time. I have very difficult veins (if any) and she works magic and doesnt gove up on me. So thankful for this practice!!!

I absolutely love this place
I absolutely love this place and couldn’t recommend it more. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional - I always feel so well taken care of. I actually came to Pur Form after a disappointing experience with my gynecologist, and they took care of me so thoroughly and compassionately. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments!

PurForm has the best front desk crew in the game. Lisa, Nina, and Gabi made me feel like I’d just walked into a members-only club for people with great taste and good vibes. Super friendly, zero attitude, and they somehow make “checking in” feel cool. Easily five stars.
